Delivery information
Every order is picked, packed and dispatched from within the UK. Prices on RatherAce include UK VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay — no import fees, no surprises at the door.
Free delivery over £100
Tracked UK delivery is free on every order over £100. Below that, a flat tracked rate is shown at checkout before you pay — never added afterwards.
Order before 2pm
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Next working day delivery
Most UK mainland orders arrive the next working day via tracked courier. You receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Large rigs & pallet freight
Complete cockpits, motion systems and heavy rigs ship on a pallet. Pallet shipments typically dispatch within 1–2 working days and are delivered kerbside on a booked delivery day.
UK coverage
We deliver across the UK. Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may take an extra 1–2 working days and can carry a courier surcharge — any surcharge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
How your order is shipped
Smaller items — wheels, pedals, shifters and accessories — travel with tracked national couriers. Larger or heavier items such as aluminium profile cockpits, seats and motion platforms are shipped on a pallet with a booked delivery slot. Tracking is emailed to you in both cases.
Checking your delivery
Please inspect the packaging on arrival and note any visible damage with the driver before signing. If anything arrives damaged, email sales@ratherace.co.uk within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can put it right quickly.
