UK retailers we can verify
The other price has to come from a UK retailer we can see and check — a live product page, not a quote, a trade price or a listing we cannot open.
Ask before you order
Send us the link before you buy. Once an order is placed the price is fixed; a quick email first keeps the promise simple for both of us.
What we cannot match
Marketplace and auction sellers, refurbishers and used stock, member-only or trade prices, clearance bundles we cannot buy in the same configuration, and items shipped from outside the UK.
How to claim
- 1. Find it cheaper. Any UK retailer, any sim racing product we also sell — the same model and variant.
- 2. Email us the link. Send the product link and a screenshot of the price to sales@ratherace.co.uk before ordering. Tell us your delivery postcode so we can compare total cost, delivery included.
- 3. We confirm and you buy. If the listing checks out, we reply with a confirmation and a private link at the matched price. If it does not qualify, we tell you exactly why.
Why we match rather than beat
Anyone can undercut a price for a week. We would rather be the shop that holds the line on every product, answers email as a real person in the UK, handles warranty here instead of shipping your base back to Asia, and is still here when something fails in year two. That is what the price you pay actually covers.
