What we collect
Details you give us when you contact us or place an order: name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number and order history. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.
Why we use it
To fulfil and deliver orders, handle returns and warranty claims (contract), meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation), and — only with your consent — send marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Who we share it with
Couriers, payment providers, IT and hosting providers, and manufacturers where needed for a warranty claim. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for 6 years as required by HMRC. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, and object to processing. Email sales@ratherace.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
