These terms apply to orders placed with RatherAce. They do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

RatherAce is a trading name of Eden Hut Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company No. 15724924, VAT GB480075008. Registered office: 413 West Lake Avenue, Hampton Vale, Peterborough, PE7 8HQ, United Kingdom.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong; you will be refunded in full.
Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses. Delivery times are estimates; see our delivery page for details.
Right to cancel
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our returns page for how.
Faulty goods and warranty
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Manufacturer warranties are in addition to these rights; see our warranty page.
Liability
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may also bring proceedings in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
